為聯絡和增進浙江旅美工商界人士、企業負責人、專家、學者之間的情誼，團結互助，共謀發展，為美國的繁榮昌盛貢獻力量；為建立并增進浙江旅美人士和祖國浙江以及長江三角洲地區的聯系，為浙江乃至長江三角洲地區早日建成小康社會多做貢獻——美國浙江經貿文化聯合會應運而生。這是經貿和文化的組合，這是浙江全省十几個市、區旅美人士的結合，這更是浙江旅美人士和長江三角洲地區旅美人士乃至中國旅美僑胞、美籍華人的聯合。
美國浙江經貿文化聯合會聚集了大批浙籍旅美經貿、學術精英，本會要講求吸引力、凝聚力、影響力、號召力。會員之間要互相借鑒、互相幫助，就會有吸引力；會員之間不要有地域歧視或地域傲慢就會有凝聚力；會內的事做好了，和家鄉浙江的聯系加強了就會有影響力；和兄弟僑團的關系處好了，又能推出富有創意社區活動就會有號召力。
美國浙江經貿文化聯合會要講究鄉情、才情。戀祖怀鄉，多回家看看，為故鄉建設添磚加瓦是我們的本份；以沫相濡，老鄉見老鄉，兩眼淚汪汪，旅美同鄉之間多多走動，了解、溝通、借鑒、幫助是我們的天份。江浙自古多才子，在美國這片重商輕文的大漠上，我們要時時憶起先賢圣哲魯迅、茅盾、郁達夫、徐志摩、柔石，給干涸的心靈澆灌精神文化的甘霖；就是經商貿易，就是開展會務，也要講求創意靈感，才情貫穿，散發濃郁的人文精神，激勵厚重的人道關怀。路遙知馬力，日久見人心，路漫漫其修遠兮

US Zhejiang Commerce & Culture Association was founded based on the principles of promoting the communications and networking among Chinese-American businessmen, scholars, entrepreneurs who mostly come from Zhejiang Province and Yangtze River Region. Since its founding, UZCCA has focused on both business and cultural aspects. Its members come from many cities in Zhejiang Province and are of very different professions.
UZCCA, founded in October 2003, is a non-profit organization chartered by the state of California. Its members come from cities of Zhejiang Province: Hangzhou, Ningbo, Wenzhou, Lishui, Qingtian, Jinhua, Yiwu, Jiaojiang and etc. They are active in many industries such as: Information Technology, Textile, Toys, Industrial Equipment Manufacturing, Industrial Supplies, Clothing, Food, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Real Estate and Communications. Some key members are exceptionally intelligent and successful in their fields, while still very generous in philanthropy activities.
Since its founding day, UZCCA set it as its only mission that it shall promote communications of and networking opportunities for oversea Chinese-American Zhejiang businessmen, scholars and other professionals. UZCCA frequently offers its members educational sessions and advice on trade, information technology, legal information, financial information and etc. It also encourages its members to give back to the American society. Its members also help to promote the business development of Zhejiang Province and Yangtze delta region, especially small business development and entrepreneurship.
In order to continue carrying out its mission, UZCCA needs lots of human and financial resources. Part of this comes from membership fees and voluntary services; however the major part is still from member’s kind donations and goodwill from other friendly institutions and people. Your support and participation are very important to UZCCA; UZCCA invites all businessmen and professionals who came from Zhejiang region, or those who had studied or worked in Zhejiang to join us. UZCCA also warmly welcomes all cooperation opportunities from any other America Chinese comunities.
